Police

A 20-year-old man has been shot in Poleglass on the outskirts of west Belfast.

He was attacked by two men while walking on Ardcaoin Drive at about 0100 BST on Monday morning.

The man was taken to hospital with an injury to his left leg after what appears to have been a paramilitary style incident.

Police in Lisburn have appealed for anyone with information to contact them on 0845 6008000.
