Motorcyclist dies after accident

A motorcyclist has died in hospital following an accident near a beauty spot on the north Antrim coast.

The man was involved in a collision with a 4 x 4 vehicle on the Whitepark Road about a mile from Ballintoy on Saturday.

He has been identified as 39-year-old Seamus Boyce from Letterkenny in County Donegal.

A police spokesperson said the occupants of the 4 x 4 were not injured in the accident.
