Charges after car strike assault

Three men - aged 18, 26 and 31 - have been charged with attempted murder.

The charges relate to an incident in Clandeboye Road area of Bangor on Wednesday in which a man was assaulted after being struck by a car.

A fourth man has been released pending further enquiries.

The 26-year-old has also been charged with possession of a firearm and attempting to cause fear of violence.
