Shot fired through house window

A shot has been fired through the window of a house in the Twinbrook area of west Belfast.

The incident happened in the Laburnum Park area shortly after midnight, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said.

A number of people were in the house at the time of the attack, however it is understood that no-one was injured.

Detectives said that no motive had yet been established for the shooting. Police have appealed for information.
