Teen arrest in kids' home assault

A 16-year-old youth has been arrested following an incident in which two people were assaulted at a residential home on the north coast.

Police were called to the children's home in County Londonderry on Thursday evening.

It is understood a worker and a young person were the two people assaulted.

Their injuries are not believed to be serious. There are no further details at present.
