Teenager dies 10 days after crash

Car crash

A 19-year-old woman has died in hospital 10 days after she was seriously injured in a car crash in County Fermanagh.

She was a back-seat passenger in a car that collided with a tree on Lower Chanterhill Road in Enniskillen, at about 0300 GMT on 16 March.

Her family has requested that her name is not made public.

Police have renewed their appeal for anybody who witnessed the collision to contact them.

Inspector Ian Kennedy said: "In particular, we would like to speak to a female driver who had given another girl a lift and was on the Lower Chanterhill Road at the time of the collision."
