Lough body name released by PSNI

Police tape Police have released the name of the man whose body was found on the shores of Lough Neagh on Wednesday.

He was Michael Gerald Hampson, 53, from Northland Road in Londonderry, who had been missing since 7 December.

Mr Hampson's body was discovered by a passer-by on the Creagh Road, Toomebridge.

A post mortem examination has been carried out, however, police say they are making further inquiries to determine the cause of death.
