Man dies after two car collision

Flowers at crash scene A man has died following a crash in County Tyrone, the police have said.

The crash, involving two cars, happened on Beltany Road between Omagh and Newtownstewart on Friday evening.

The man who died was Leslie Edgar, 62, from Bunderg Road in the Douglasbridge area of Strabane.

A woman was also injured in the accident but was said to be stable in hospital. The road was closed overnight after the crash.
