Electricity has been restored to 115 homes in Aghalee, County Antrim.
The power cut was caused by damage to the overhead network. Emergency crews worked until the early hours of Sunday morning to repair the damage.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland Water responded to more than 350 calls as heavy rain led to flooding across Northern Ireland.
Rostrevor and Warrenpoint were among the worst affected areas. A number of roads were closed across County Down.
The Fire and Rescue Service worked to stop flooding at a house close to a swollen river in Warrenpoint amid fears that the river could burst its banks.
In Belfast, motorists were urged to avoid the Broadway roundabout where the water is about 2ft deep.
The flooding follows heavy rainfall across Northern Ireland.
Frank Stewart from NI Water said its workers had taken 385 calls.
"We are doing our best to ensure the network operates normally and the affected areas are returned to normal service as soon as possible," he said.
"We would ask the public to keep in touch and let us know immediately of any problems."
Many roads around Rostrevor have been closed because of the flooding. These include the Greenpark Road, the Old Killowen Road and the Kilbroney Road towards Hilltown.
Other road closures include the Turmore Road in Newry, the Ballyards Road in Milford and the Portstewart to Coleraine Road.
