The skipper of a fishing boat which sank off the County Down coast in 2006 killing two men has appeared in court charged with causing their deaths.
Conrad John Zych, 28, was the only one of three to survive when the Greenhill hit rocks and sank near Ardglass.
The body of 22-year-old Donal Gibson was found, but the body of 24-year-old Conor Bogues is still missing.
Mr Zych, from Downpatrick Road in Ardglass, is charged with causing the deaths of the two crew members.
He is also charged with neglecting his duty on the ship by not maintaining a proper lookout.
A report by the Marine Accident Investigation Branch found this had played a major part in causing the crash.
Mr Zych was released on bail and is due to appear in court again next month.
