A 31-year-old man is to appear in court charged with rape.
The man is being charged in connection with an attack on a woman who was found in a distressed state in Ballyronan at about 0430 BST on Sunday.
The man is due to appear at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday. Another man has been released without charge.
Police renewed their appeal for information over the attack on Tuesday. It is believed she had been assaulted in a laneway off the Shore Road.
