Police say blaze was suspicious

fire engines An investigation is under way into a suspicious fire at a house in County Londonderry.

A bedroom of the home on Woodland Walk in Limavady was damaged and neighbouring houses suffered smoke damage.

No one was in the house and there are no reports of anyone being injured.

A police spokesperson appealed for information about the fire which is believed to have started at about 2000 BST on Friday.
