Dogs attack officers in drugs raid
Police officers have been attacked by dogs during a drugs raid on the outskirts of Belfast.
Officers were searching a house at Ballyduff Brae in Newtownabbey on Wednesday when they were attacked by three Rottweiler dogs.
A police spokesman said a number of officers were bitten - one needed hospital treatment.
Cannabis worth £4,000, 25,000 cigarettes and £2,000 in cash was recovered in the operation.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
