Cash machine 'was tampered with'

Two people have been arrested after a cash machine in a Wiltshire town was allegedly tampered with.

Police were called to the High Street in Marlborough on Friday after a man and woman were seen acting suspiciously near a cash machine.

A Wiltshire Police spokesman said when the pair were searched items were found on them which raised suspicion.

"Machines nearby were checked and one machine in the High Street appeared to have been tampered with," he added.
