Boy dies in off-road buggy crash

A 12-year-old boy has died after an accident while riding an off-road vehicle.

He was driving a 4x4 buggy-type vehicle which crashed in private woodland on the outskirts of Corsham, Wiltshire.

Police were called to the scene on Sunday afternoon, but have released no further information about the accident.

"An inquiry is being conducted unto the incident by officers from the Central Roads Policing Unit in Chippenham," a spokesman said.
