The technology sessions will run initially as a pilot, in Chippenham, Devizes and Wootton Bassett.
The weekly classes look at items like digital TV, mobile phones, computers and digital cameras and will be led by Age Concern volunteers.
Wiltshire County Council said it hoped the sessions would help break down social barriers between generations.
Spokeswoman Ginny Anderson added: "There will be many benefits for the older and the younger people who take part.
"We are all really excited about this project and hope it will help older people get to grips with many types of new technology."
The pilots will be held at Wootton Bassett School, Chippenham library and Age Concern's offices in Devizes.
If successful, it is hoped the sessions can be rolled out across the county.
