Two arrested over lorry yard fire

Two youths have been arrested on suspicion of arson after a blaze at a West Yorkshire lorry yard involving container units worth £300,000.

Up to 60 firefighters were called to the fire at Wormold Street in the Liversedge area at about 0415 BST.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said two 17-year-old males were being questioned.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the fire to contact them.
