Knifeman slashes men across face

Three men were slashed across the face by a knifeman on a night out in a West Yorkshire town.

They were on Wharfe Street in Halifax when they were attacked at the weekend.

Two of the group, aged 20 and 18, were taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries, police said. A third man, 22, also suffered facial wounds.

West Yorkshire Police said the knifeman was white with dark hair and was wearing a white T-shirt with a motif across the front.
