Teenager attacked in skate park

An 18-year-old man is recovering after he was attacked with a blade in a skate park in West Yorkshire.

The teenager suffered cuts to his face during the incident on Friday evening. It happened in the skate park on Ninelands Lane, Garforth in Leeds.

Police want to speak to a group of girls who were in the park at the time of the attack.

A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is being questioned by officers.
