Teenager arrested over shooting

A teenager been shot in the leg in Wolverhampton.

Shots were fired at about 2320 GMT on Monday in Barnwood Road, Pendeford, West Midlands Police said.

The area was sealed off and the road closed whilst inquiries took place. A 15-year-old was treated in hospital for a leg injury and later discharged.

Another 15-year-old was arrested in connection with the incident. Police asked anyone with information to contact them.
