Nightclub murder accused remanded

Police tape outside Q club, Birmingham

Two 29-year-old men have been remanded in custody accused of murdering a man outside a Birmingham nightclub.

Mathew Sutherland, 29, was stabbed outside Q Club, in Corporation Street, in the early hours of 17 August.

Marvin Tyson, whose address cannot be revealed for legal reasons, and Isaac Taylor, of Chesterwood Gardens, Perry Barr, have been charged with murder.

They were remanded in custody by the city's magistrates to appear at the city's crown court on 11 September.
