Two arrested over fatal stabbing

A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over a fatal stabbing in the Black Country.

A woman, 21, has also been held after a 20-year-old man suffered fatal stab wounds in the street on Thursday night.

He is believed to have been involved in a row with another man in Bustleholme Avenue, West Bromwich, about 2300 BST, West Midlands Police said.

The two arrested people are being questioned by detectives. Police have appealed for witnesses and information.

The immediate area around Bustleholme Avenue has been cordoned off for forensic examination and was likely to remain sealed for some time on Friday, police added.
