Woman is charged with stab murder

A 31-year-old woman has been charged with murder over the fatal stabbing of another woman.

Emma Bradshaw, 30, was stabbed in Berkeley Road, Shirley, Solihull, just before 0815 BST on Wednesday, West Midlands Police said.

She was taken to hospital with wounds to her chest where she died a short time later, police added.

The 31-year-old woman is due to appear at Solihull Magistrates' Court later charged with murder.
