Man charged with shooting murder

Mohammed Sabir A man has been accused of shooting dead another man in Birmingham four years ago.

Twenty-two-year-old Mohammed Sabir was shot several times from behind in Lozells Road on 14 April 2003.

The married father-of-two died of multiple gunshot wounds to his head and chest.

A 41-year-old man is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court later charged with murder and possession of firearms.

A 23-year-old man is also due in court accused of possession of firearms.
