US cheerleaders in school visit

Children at a Newcastle school have been treated to a dance display by American cheerleaders from the National Football League (NFL).

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleaders visited Wingrove Primary School during a UK tour promoting their team's NFL match at Wembley Stadium.

The Bucaneers are set to play the New England Patriots on 25 October.

Six members of the cheerleading squad encouraged pupils to pick-up pom-poms and support the Florida team.
