Body found in woods 'suspicious'

Police are treating the discovery of a body in woodland in West Sussex as suspicious.

The body was found at Stephenson Way in Three Bridges, Crawley, at about 1510 BST by members of the public.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Sussex Police attended the scene shortly afterwards.

A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said efforts were being made to identify the body. She appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
