Professional camera equipment worth about £12,000 has been stolen from a house in West Sussex.
Police said thieves took Nikon digital SLR camera bodies, lenses and flashguns during a burglary at the property in Durrington Lane, Durrington, Worthing.
Camera cases and other accessories were also taken from the property between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Sussex Police think the thieves might try to sell the equipment to specialist camera shops.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Worthing CID have serial numbers for all of the items taken, which will assist in confirming where they have come from.
"It is possible that the items will be offered for sale to local camera shops, second hand shops or in classified adverts."
The force has asked anyone with information to contact them.
