Police link three arson attacks

Three arson attacks which took place in a Surrey town within hours are being investigated by police.

Police are linking the incidents which happened in Farnham on Wednesday evening and early on Thursday.

A Ford Fiesta was completely destroyed in an attack in Kimber Road between 1800 and 2300 GMT on Wednesday.

A fire was started at a garage behind Beaufort Road between 0045 and 0140 GMT on Thursday and a bin was set alight at Binfield Flats, St James Terrace.

Surrey Police said they were jointly investigating the spate of fires with the Arson Task Force.
