Two charged over alleyway murder

Two people have been charged with murder after a man who was assaulted in an alleyway in Lowestoft died.

John Vry, 55, suffered serious head injuries in the attack on Wednesday and died the following day at the James Paget Hospital.

James Killingbeck, 22, of Denmark Road in Lowestoft, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are charged with Mr Vry's murder.

The pair will appear before magistrates later.
