A care home worker has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after the death of an elderly resident in Doncaster.
Henry Henshaw, 84, died in hospital on Sunday, a day after he was taken ill at The Royal Care Home in Rossington.
An inquest, which opened earlier, heard that Mr Henshaw's medication had been incorrectly administered.
Police said a 23-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday and later released on bail, until late January.
The 57-bed Royal Care Home, in Queen Mary's Road, is owned by Ladhar Group Homes.
It received a two-star "good" rating in the latest inspection report by the Care Quality Commission, in November 2008.
