Body of missing woman discovered

Rachael Wareham

A body pulled from a South Yorkshire dam is that of a woman who had been missing from home for more than two weeks, police have said.

The body of Rachael Wareham, 37, was found by a member of the public in Mill Dam in Rotherham on Friday.

She was last seen at her home in the Munsborough area on 9 November.

Police said it was believed she had drowned but further tests were being carried out. Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
