Man punched in attempted robbery

A 19-year-old man was attacked in Somerset during an attempted robbery.

The man was walking along Hindhayes Lane, in Street, listening to an MP3 player when two men who had walked passed him struck him from behind.

One of them restrained the victim while the second punched him in the chest and demanded "everything he had".

But they walked away empty-handed from the attack at about 2310 BST on Wednesday, when the victim told them he was only carrying the music player.
