The event in 2007 - BBC Somerset

Police are warning revellers planning to travel to Sunday's T4 On The Beach party in Somerset that alcohol or glass is not allowed on site.

Officers estimate more than 70,000 people will attend the event on Weston-super-Mare beach.

Visitors are asked to use the park-and-ride service operating from the airfield which will be signposted from junctions 21 and 22 of the M5.

More than 28 acts including the Sugababes have been confirmed.

Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted without an adult.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said extra officers would be on duty for the event assisted by the dog and mounted section and British Transport Police.
