Two in court over nightclub death

Two men have appeared in court over the death of a man who was injured at a club in Shrewsbury.

Darren Griffiths, 41, of Harmer Hill, near Shrewsbury, died in hospital after suffering injuries at the Liquid and Diva nightclub last month.

Neil Stokes, 22, of Shrewsbury, and Daryl Brown, 32, of Wellington, have been charged with his murder.

They have been remanded in custody until a plea and management hearing on 21 September.
