An eight-year-old girl who began an internet blog after being diagnosed with leukaemia has attracted readers from around the world.
Up to 60,000 people a week have been logging on to Sophie Foxley's account of her fight against the disease.
Sophie began writing her diary at home in Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury after her diagnosis in June.
She used it to keep family and friends up to date with her progress, now she's receiving international messages back.
"Some people just say good luck and some people said that some other person in their family has been diagnosed," Sophie said.
"If I'd gone out I'd write about that and if I was at hospital and had some treatment I'd write about that."
Her diary and determination to get better has now sparked several charitable events, including an upcoming charity ball to raise money for the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Leukaemia Research.
