Woman dies in early hours crash

A woman has died after the vehicle she was driving collided with a lorry in south Shropshire in the early hours.

The victim, believed to be in her 30s, was in a Vauxhall Movano flat-bed lorry on the A456 on the Tenbury Wells to Kidderminster road at Boraston.

She was going towards Kidderminster and collided with a Scania lorry travelling the other way, it is thought.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Police in Ludlow are appealing for information.
