Nudist seen wandering the Wrekin

Wrekin Police are urging a man seen wandering around parts of Shropshire in the nude to make contact with them.

In the latest incident the man was reported to police after he was seen walking naked on the Wrekin hill.

Officers have been aware of the man's activities over the last few months but have so far failed to make contact.

The man was last seen on Friday when a woman was said to have been left in a distressed state. Police are urging anyone who knows him to come forward.

A spokeswoman for West Mercia police said: "He may be a naturist who feels that with fewer ramblers he can go naked.

"However police are concerned about these reports and urge the man, or anyone who knows him, to come forward."
