An Oxfordshire woman has admitted having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Catherine Armstrong, 33, from Hunt Road in Thame, met the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, after he asked for help with dyslexia.
Armstrong, who offered help to people with dyslexia, pleaded guilty to three charges of having sexual activity with a child at Oxford Crown Court.
She was released on bail until sentencing on 27 February.
She was also ordered to sign the sex offenders' register.
She admitted two charges of sexual activity with a child and one of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.
Judge Julian Hall told Armstrong, who appeared in court on Tuesday, that he could not make any promises about what sentence he would impose.
"I find this a very difficult and perplexing matter altogether," he added.
