Plans to create a bypass designed to ease traffic congestion in Oxfordshire are to go on show to the public.
Residents are being given the chance to have their say on the proposed Cogges Link Road in Witney, which would connect Witan Way to Oxford Hill.
Oxfordshire County Council has submitted a planning application for the £16.4m road which could be in place by 2012 if approved.
The exhibition is at the Marlborough Hotel, Witney, from Thursday.
The road to link Witan Way to the B4022 first won planning permission in 1997.
But funding problems meant it could not be created before the approval lapsed.
The new road would be a single-lane, two-way road with a 40mph speed limit.
There would also be a three-metre wide footway and cycleway on the north side between Witan Way and Stanton Harcourt Road linking the Cogges Estate to the town centre.
The exhibition runs from 1300 BST to 2000 BST on Thursday, 1000 BST to 1800 BST on Friday and 1000 BST to 1300 BST on Saturday.
