Third arrested over burns death

Home in Owens Way in Cowley A third person has been arrested in connection with the death of a disabled teenager who was burnt in a care home.

A man was arrested on suspicion of the manslaughter of Yelena Hasselberg Langley who lived at the independent home in Owens Way, Cowley, Oxford.

Another man and a woman have already been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. All three have been given police bail until 6 November.

Miss Hassleberg Langley, 18, died in hospital after suffering severe burns.
