School injury boy out of hospital

A Nottinghamshire schoolboy who was allegedly attacked by a teacher has been released from hospital.

Police said they will interview Jack Waterhouse, 14, about the incident at All Saints Roman Catholic School in Mansfield in the coming days.

He was treated for head injuries at Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre.

Peter Harvey, 49, of Rannoch Drive, Mansfield, is accused of attempted murder and is due to appear in court via video link later this month.
