Armed men rob two security guards

Three armed men in balaclavas have robbed two security guards at a supermarket in Nottinghamshire.

They robbed the guards who were delivering cash to the Tesco store in Station Road in Hucknall at around 1445 GMT on Sunday.

No-one was seriously hurt and the attackers escaped with a quantity of cash. It is not clear exactly how they got away.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
