Cocaine, amphetamines and cannabis were among the drugs seized in nine raids across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Police searched properties in Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Langley Mill on Wednesday morning.
Four people - three men aged 25, 29 and 40, and a 22-year-old women - have been arrested and are being questioned.
The raids follow a previous campaign in the area which resulted in 64 drugs offenders being jailed.
