Flood warnings after heavy rain

Flood warnings have been put in place in parts of Nottinghamshire after heavy rainfall in the county.

The Environment Agency said the River Trent at Attenborough was on flood watch on Saturday.

There are also warnings for the River Erewash and its tributaries at Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Rainfall has now eased in the county but Heavy rain caused flash floods across the Midlands and northern England on Saturday.
