High winds have caused damage to houses, trees and gardens across Nottinghamshire.
A section of roof at a transit garage in Nottingham was blown off in the storm early on Monday.
A homeowner in Ollerton said her son's trampoline was blown into a neighbour's garden and a tree ripped in half.
Samantha Clarke, 24, said: "A shed door was blown off and one of my outdoor glass tables was smashed into a million pieces."
The storm hit Ollerton at breakfast time on Monday, she said.
The roof of the Nottingham City Transport depot was badly damaged in the storm, a safety officer said.
NCT employee Anthony Powell said: "It was a helluva storm - it just about blew us off our feet. I heard such a crack as a big gust of wind hit the roof and it sort of blew it off.
"We escaped into the bus so it didn't land on us."
The Met Office reported a series of tornados and high winds across England on Monday.
