An 85-year-old man has died in a house fire in Northamptonshire, police have said.
The blaze broke out at the victim's home in Park Avenue, Raunds, in the early hours of the morning.
Northamptonshire Police and the fire service have begun an investigation into the cause of the fire. The victim has not yet been identified.
A joint police and fire service investigation has revealed that the blaze was not suspicious.
A spokesperson said it was now believed the fire was a "tragic accident".
