Girl assaulted near supermarket
A teenage girl has been sexually assaulted as she walked home from a supermarket.
The 16-year-old girl was walking from Tesco in Cannon Street, Wellingborough when she was approached by a man who exposed himself.
The man then sexually assaulted the girl, between 1920 BST and 1930 BST, on Saturday, a Northamptonshire police spokesman said.
The spokesman urged anyone with information to contact the police.
