Supermarket firm Tesco is to resubmit plans for a new store in Harrogate, it has confirmed.
The firm withdrew plans for a new supermarket in the north of the town in November, after council officers and residents expressed concerns.
Tesco said the new plans were for a smaller and more eco-friendly store which would create 360 new jobs.
The blueprints will go on public display on 11 September at the Hydro Leisure Centre in Harrogate.
They can be viewed between 1330 and 2030 BST.
Traffic concerns
Michael Kissman, Tesco's Corporate Affairs Manager, told the BBC that a new planning application would be submitted to Harrogate council in the near future.
The proposed supermarket is now 25% smaller than originally planned, he said, and would have its own combined heat and power plant to produce energy on site.
Other changes to the original application include the use of roof vents to circulate the air and reduce the reliance on air conditioning systems, north-facing roof lights and low-energy lighting.
When the original planning application was submitted, some residents were worried it could cause problems for the North Yorkshire town's businesses and traffic.
Tesco said it was committed to opening a store in Harrogate and said it had decided to revise its application to address public concerns.
