'Tiny tearaways' under microscope

Behaviour management, 'tiny tearaways' style, comes to Scarborough soon, with a new course for parents run by the Primary Care Trust.

The scheme was tried in Ryedale last year, where the courses proved so successful the PCT is now offering them on the east coast.

The courses are designed to help parents deal with the difficult behaviour that toddlers can display.

The courses is open to parents of children aged 18 months to two years.
