Fatal crash driver denies charges

A 31-year-old man has appeared in court and denied causing the death of a motorcycle rider in Norfolk by careless or inconsiderate driving.

Shaun Ivan D'eath, was riding a Suzuki motorcycle in Bignold Road, Norwich, on 15 November last year when it was in collision with a Vauxhall Vectra car.

Norwich Crown Court was told the motorcycle then hit a lamppost and Mr D'eath died later of his injuries.

Nicolas John Buttle, of Rosebay Close, Norwich, goes on trial on 23 September.
